This policy explains how LTF Consulting ("LTF", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through ltf-consulting.com and swanalign.com, the marketing site for SWAN, LTF's territory alignment software. It does not cover data that customers load into the SWAN application under a customer agreement; that data is governed by the customer's agreement with LTF.

What we collect
- Details you send through our forms. The contact form, the SWAN Value Brief form, and the demo request form ask for your name, work email, and company, and may ask for your title, sales force size, area of interest, and a message.
- Email you send us at sales@ltf-consulting.com.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our web server receives your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, and may record them in server logs.

How we use it

Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the sites and handle email:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Microsoft Azure hosts the websites.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on the sites, so your browser requests them from Google.

How long we keep it
